Teaming up with .name
15 May 2008
Getting emailaddresses is easy, but the free ones have free domains and hence might look a bit cheap or are hard to remember. Having your surname as a domain can be nice for emails as well as for websites, if you have a personal one. And you can share it with your whole family, which is why Kindo decided to partner up with the guys who run the registrations of “.name” domains.
So on our last name pages you can now find banners to the corresponding .name domains like www.preston.name in the case of my lovely colleague. And andrew@preston.name does sound even better than andrew@kindo.com
Let us know if you like it!
